Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please contact us before returning any items. Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Unfortunately, personalised, customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. However, items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs to help us assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.
